With a crane suspended Dawson extraction clamp, sheet piles can safely be exctracted and placed precisely where required.
The Safe Working Load (SWL) is 2.5 tons (less than the capacity of the clamps). The reason is, that the pin threaded through the hole in the pile takes up all the load until the jaws of the clamp take over.
